Must it be used on the wordpress backend, can it not be used in a separate application? It makes it easier to delegate tasks to another individual and not have to worry about them having access to you sites backend

Hi there, We do not have immediate plans to offer JetpackCRM as a standalone app. It must be used with a WordPress site at this time.

@@automattic I find this very important as well!!!! This is the deciding factor for me. I do not want my clients on the backend unless they request access. I can almost guarantee that the client will tinker & break something within weeks after granting them access. I am interested in your reseller plan but again, due to not being able to install this on a subdomain for the client to easily access & use- I will not be using your CRM. Is this concept on your roadmap?

If I am using Divi as a page builder how do I link my contact forms to Jetpack CRM, at the moment the only way I can do it is with the default editor, but my pages are all build with divi

Our team isn’t familiar with the way the Divi page builder works. I would suggest reaching out to Divi to see if they know how to properly integrate the CRM forms into their page builder.
