I hve tried this drill for 20secc it was very challenging would u suggest No of Repitation and set for beginners??

When should i do the cycling drills? Moving my hip, leg and knee up in a cycling motion while striking my foot against the ground? I forgot how to do this drill. Can you please explain coach. Thanks. 😁

i guess someone never read that 1 isometric set is equally effective as multiple sets.

that's for strength/building muscle...this drill is for explosiveness and using that muscle for speed. :)

Can a sprinter sprain his hip flexor muscle by not running through the line? My son recently has been experiencing hip pain, however, we have noticed that he plants his right foot down hard at the finish line which could have caused the pain.

He needs to have his calf muscle closer to his hamstring his foot is not supposed to be in the shape of an L

@@davidadunola7867 yes and no. The best way to train for explosiveness is to train explosively. Strength training would have to include resistance on the hip flexor
