God, in the first half Iain was so fucking obnoxious. Was glad he noticed how he behaved and turned it down a notch. I mean he was a right ol' prick about it but she wasn't much better, there was no real reason to stop Ian from looking for and gathering heavy things in the mean time. She could have discussed a plan with Paul and then filled Ian in on their thoughts while he's just bringing heavy stuff over. I'm all for making a plan but you don't need too many cooks in the kitchen to do that anyways. I've worked building concerts, stages, and just general construction, when I'm a lead on a project I have my hands/workers gather the materials I know I'll need while I go over the plans and figure out where I need people as we start building. That's the beauty of teamwork, everyone can contribute in their own way.

It's not like he ran off and never came back. She didn't need him standing next to her in order to think of a plan, that's just time being wasted. If she was hoping he was going to brainstorm with her it wasn't necessary because he did already contribute to the plan which was to bring heavy objects over. Once again going back to my previous example, I don't have my workers stand around me the whole time while I come up with a game plan, I have them do what I know needs to be done, like bringing over material, then once that's done and I had a second to think I fill them in on it. It's really not a revolutionary concept and I don't know why you think it would be a worse way to do things when it's more time efficient.

Random thought but I wonder if there could be a special episode where all 5 contestants are K-Pop idols. They go through so much and have a lot of variety shows to their name which means they are used to this kind of thing... right? I mean give them a task from the series and let them loose; what could possibly go wrong?
