I have a teleco antenna and booster do you know if the V5 vision plus booster will be compatible with the teleco antenna?

Should be compatible with all as it’s just a booster, the aerial is looks the same but with a different badge on it, might be worth sending an email to the manufacturer to be sure.

Was told by teleco and vision wasn’t compatible but fitted it anyway and it works perfectly! Ps noticed my radio doesn’t have a coax going to the booster but it works again perfectly but no visible antenna? Strange ?

You should be fine, they don’t normally change colour just indicate that they have power by lighting up a LED 👍

You need to work out if it's a power or device issue, has it ever been working ? I would start with a multimeter unplug the power from the device and test, you'll then know where to focus, and you'll either need to trace the wire back to the power source or replace the device. It might be as simple as a fuse that's gone.

@wobbleboxcrew the blue light was working and we had radio on earlier and was sat watching TV and signal went. Looked and saw no blue light! Checked the radio and that won't work. Was told they are connected but not sure how, thanks for your advise, much appreciated

If the Radio also isn't working then it sounds like a fuse or tripped switch, you should have a main power unit under one of the seats in the front of the van, check switches are all facing the same way. Failing that, turn off the power to the van, pull out each fuse and check none are blown.

If you also look at this video kzbin.info/www/bejne/eXXSgpyHa86hrZY, hopefully you have the same control unit, at 9:30 into the video you'll see the fuse diagram, fuse 6 controls the TV/Radio, 10AMP Red.

@wobbleboxcrew thank you, all trip switches are up, turned power on and off still nothing. I've been intouch with the bloke who has just serviced it and he said the atiel box might have packed in so waiting for him to come and look. Thank you for your advise, much appreciated 👍🏻

Never use the TV aerial in my caravan or camper van. I always use my apple TV puck with my smart TV, tethered to my phone's hotspot. Much better signal usually and all my favourite channels. Go away once every fortnight and my 100 gb phone data covers it, if not the wife's phone has another 100 gb, although never needed it.

Hi Steve, we try not to use the TV at all as we would rather be out and about, but we would use our FireStick in the same way as you when required. We've also found that the phone single is poor in some remote locations like Cornwall, so we have the standard aerial as a backup.
