Depends on if a player is more interested in limited time content. Most casual players aren't die hard catch 'em all types. However, saving a buck will usually interest most if the path to a goal is somewhat easy. 💯

I'm so broke in this game. I play casually but the amount I've played still doesn't justify how little gold I gave. For some reason I see acquire gold as this like impossible task that is unfun and difficult 😅

I was in the same spot for a long time. Watching Arttea's videos helped but honestly, at least on PC-NA, just farm raw crafting materials and sell them on your Guild Trader. I did a short video on this method awhile back, but platinum dust easily sells for 700g apiece on PC-NA. Daily Writs are more lucrative, but you can also make decent money just making sure you pick up all the dust and silk you see.

I believe the armor pages will only be available in the Bags of Veterans Glory this year. No word on the weapons, but they weren't in the recent crown store showcase so I wouldn't count on them this year - maybe in June if anything.

Based on the patch notes it won't be possible to acquire any additional tradeable Ebonsteel Knight pages this year - as a result I don't expect the prices to drop on those. There are some players who just like to collect rare items like that and then there are some that probably have a stockpile to sell when there's an opportunity to make millions off an impatient adventurer. The Black Drake Clanwrap style pages should drop a little, but the tradeable ones come from IC bosses - which means you've got to risk PvP to get a shot at them. Plus, it's a very popular style, so I expect those prices to come down a bit, but it'll still probably be 100k+ for the body page at the end of the event.

@Kalam0n hmm regardless. Any quick and straight forwardway of getting these events tickets? I know pvp will be a must regardless that much I'll just follow a group around for if necessary but I'm unsure of the quick ways to obtain the tickets necessary for the bags

I typically opt for the BG daily over the Cyrodiil daily for the first 2 tickets. There are 3 possible BG daily quests and you can drop and re-acquire them to randomly cycle through the 3 to get your favorite. I try for the 'show contribution' one because it's pretty easy to knock out in a single BG even if you're not great in BGs. Otherwise, you could go for the complete 3 BGs which is more time consuming, but you really don't have to be good at PvP. For IC, at least Aldmeri Dominion IC. I go to the Elven Gardens district and use my 'Turbo Rogue' build with invisibility potions to basically ignore all the PvP. If I get there and there are too many enemies, I'll just switch to a different instance of IC until I find one that's not too packed. In IC I think the Elven Gardens District daily is the easiest, but you'll still get into fights a few times during the event. If it's just too crowded, you can always swap to a different instance and hope for better odds.

We had two back-to-back in the summer this year, but typically there's one in January and one in July/August. You can get the Ebonsteel Knight motif from the grab bags during either.

Mayhem almost always occurs twice per year, we just had one in Feb/Mar so I'm guessing July/August will be the next. Hasn't been confirmed or announced yet though.

I don't do PVP activities. I hate PVP, so the mayhem event means nothing to me.

I hear ya, it's definitely not for everyone. I'm OK in battlegrounds but I still get wrecked constantly. That being said, if you have a decent rogue setup you can do the scouting missions in Cyrodiil without ever fighting an enemy.

I die all the time - I’m barely even competent in PvP - I take pve gear and setups to Cyrodiil. And I love zerging, I like the strategy, I enjoy intense battles for keeps… I don’t mind being bad at combat. I still get my AP, and I still have fun. Someday I’ll learn how to battle better… but I don’t mind being suboptimal

I was getting absolutely wrecking in Battlegrounds last night - but still got my 5 kills and got a couple more 'show contribution' quests ready to turn in on Thursday. Some of the 'sweaty' PvP guys are insanely good.
