I suggest to not switch from music to sleep mode manually. I personally use the 3 hour music timer to sleep mode, but you can also use the detect sleeping switch option. Only thing I hate about the Sleepbuds are no phone calls are allowed. Sucks waking up with a phone call and needing to take out the sleepbuds to then answer the phone call. I also had the prior versions of the A10 Sleepbuds which i had a very bad time finding a good fit and never really used them much.

Do you not realize that adding everything to take phones calls on these would make them BIGGER? The point is to make them as small as possible to sleep in any position(Which is why they dont include ANC on sleepbuds)... Lamest complaint ever. Oh no I have to move my arm a couple feet to remove the SLEEP EARBUD so I can do the opposite of sleep and talk on the phone, ONE STAR WORST PRODUCT WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY ENEMY

The A20i's were released in 2023 while the A20's were released in 2024. They are also not related in terms of what they are/used for
