There's also a little secret for the two rat boss fight, if you kill the small dude first, the big one goes berserk and a little stronger. You'll get the spirit of the big one by defeating them in this order. You also get an item 'a chunk of meat' to summon the huge rat boss whenever you want.

If you dont have access to the big head dude from chapter 1 still then check at the save points and see if you can collect its spirit there. Thats where i found mine cause i beat him before upgrading the gourd😊

I missed the big head guy too (didn't have the tool to absorb spirits yet), but once you get the tool you can unlock it in any shrine :)

The Earth Wolf doesn’t work to get into that crack in the wall. What you need instead is Azure Dust. It might take you a few tries, but just keep doing his light attack, and the final hit will break a hole in it. I was in chapter 4, but was still able to come back and get in with it.

So I have enough mats for only 1 staff . Have the wind bear staff . Can make the rat sage staff with 66 attack 7% crit or king Jin staff at 70 attack and 6 %crit. Rat sage is less attack but says it creates a whirlwind on 4th light attack which is really making me want to craft it instead and have less attack hahaha

No it comes from the secret mission where u have to fight the beetle thing in the desert. That’s how u get the last one. You also get like a wind relic that’s help against the yellow sage. Just discovered this after loading to him for like 2hrs

​​@@littlemexican1525 In case you want steps go to rockrest flat shrine then go forward past spearbone guy and break little wooden fence. You'll see boar guy and meditation point. He asks you to get a sobering stone. Bring it to him then meet him at tiger temple to the right before the boss door. Hell ask for jade lotus. Give him that then meet him where he was when you first met him and voila!

You can get the Big Head if you travel back to the shrine there. There's something like "retrieve soul" of something like that.

You can only retrieve souls if you fought him first, after ringing the third bell he despawns and you can’t get him anymore

Big head disappear after you the three bell is rung. So it's best to kill big head before you complete the last bell

there might be two reasons you are not getting the big head dude. 1. if you beat it at the beginning but did not absorb it, you can retrieve this in the shrine. 2. if you skipped this one and then beat the golden one, it will disappear forever because the blue one is actually the same person as the golden one.
