Parabolic charge is entirely different. It has 70 damage and 50 energy and it boosts defense not attack (66% chance) whereas Rage Fist is gonna be 50 damage ( power means damage ) and it boosts attack instead of defense (guanateed boost)

Primeape is better for now. If Annihilape ever gets a better fast move then that might change but if you're making the decision now then Primeape.
