Get through grief quicker no other problems

Amen Dr. Bill! With or without other problems there are no shortcuts in grief. We can't go around it, only through it...do the work. I found that having a safe space to speak about my grief often really helped me to heal. Yes I still have triggers (songs, smells, places, movies, holidays,, etc) and times when I miss my loved ones, but the emotions are not as suffocating and heavy as they were in 2017 when all the loss happened.
