This time of year holds a special place in my heart - it's when my fiance and I met 11 years ago and we formed a lot of memories around halloween. SO in the spirit of halloween, I thought it would be fun to channel that inner child and get twisty with our yoga poses! I chose 2 specific twisty poses that I've personally used for halloween creations, and in this video I break down preparatory poses as well as how to get into the postures themselves!
