I tweaked my neck 😩! Talk about painful! But it isn't a new experience to me (stay tuned to the end of the video as I talk about my journey with neck pain) and I know how sucky it can be! That's why I decided to make this little video of my go-to exercises to help alleviate a stiff/painful neck and its surrounding structures - shoulders, traps, pec, and rhomboids (because more often than not, these surrounding areas play a part!) Here are some of my favorite exercises to incorporate whenever my neck becomes tweaked or strained.
