In reality, he is absolutely the most valuable player in the league this season. Unfortunately, the award is media & narrative driven & the people voting aren't actually giving it to the player that was the most valuable or Penei would have already done enough through 11 weeks to secure the award at the end of the season. If I had a vote, it would 100% be given to him. Maybe if enough people in the media can get the discussion about it going, they can make it a reality, but I would say there is probably less than a 1% chance that it would ever actually happen unfortunately.

There was a huge debate with the Lions taken Sewell over Parsons in that draft. Looking back we made the right decision. Parsons is nothing but a cancer to his team doesn't matter how good he is or not

He's not very exciting to watch, so people think he's not as good as he is. He's super accurate, efficient, and sees the whole field as well as anybody. There's a bias people have and you just can't convince some people otherwise, no matter what he does.
