It’s easy, they want to guarantee the tank. Sit Jones on the bench so he doesn’t get injured, start Tommy Devito who is the worst quarterback on the team to make sure they lose and get a higher draft pick. They don’t want to put Lock in and have him win games to mess up there draft position

Canty is COMPLETELY WRONG, they are not looking for a "spark"...it's 100% savings. Lock makes 250k for each playing step of 40% playtime, 50%, 60%. THIS IS EXTREMELY EASY TO SEE AND UNDERSTAND....but Canty wants his attention.
