"Get Week" Day 2: Gear Refiner & New Development :Puzzles and Survival

There are many events during the week inbetween Global Ace Commander events where you can obtain Epic Hero Choice Cards II. These are the hero cards that you will use to obtain frags for Zephyr, Phoenix and Lady M. Phoenix and Lady M are time released heroes meaning you won't be able to obtain them as soon as the state opens up but only after a certain amount of time has passed in your state. Once they are released though you will be able to obtain them by completing all phases of these events and ranking at least in the top 1000 players. So while it isn't always easy, I'm going to go through and explain each day. What you need to save and use to do well in these events.
The non-GAC week is sometimes called "Get Week" in reference to the many events that you have to "Get" something to win.

New development can be tough because of just coming off of GAC. This is all about speedups for building, tech, and training so hopefully you saved some! In addition you also have the Gear Refiner event which you get points for obtaining Gear Refiner. This will take a lot of diamonds or some spending to accomplish. as a low spender in this game, i think this trial and survival event offers the best value of rewards for its price, i only purchase to unlock the first reward tier getting 100+ promoter choice box I after completing it and it only cost $5

@@ValenceRing i was lucky being a member of an alliance with 30% of the members regularly purchase packs, so i was able to save up over 100k of diamonds after 2 weeks and spent them all buying promoter II from diamond exchange shop and able to upgrade my equipnents to 6 stars (red star) without spending much

@@ValenceRing the other pack i purchase is that $1 daily pack with 10 pcs. of 4 stars hero choice card, i only bought it because i will able to get 5 pieces of mayers fragments from that personal activity event alongside the hero upgrade event after global ace, that's the only 2 pack i purchase in the game and nothing else

Do only action-specific speedups count (build speedup, research speedup, etc.), or do generic speedups count as well?

Generic speedups also count. As does spending diamonds I do believe
