Unironically, not hating on her, slay but if you're trying to specifically target your chest a sports/compression bra would allow you a couple inches more ROM, and that is more rom in the most hypertrophycally effective part of the rom, the extended position, so it would give that much more results

as a girl, I think Agnes upper body is way stronger than me. I try jm press before on smith machine but it still heavy to do. I rather switch to one hand overhead triceps extension until my triceps strong enough for JM press.

IMHO, I've tried many exercises, variations in sets, reps, and rest. This is what I found. EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT. For me, the best and effective results I see in myself, is German Volume Training (GVT). AKA 10x10. 10 sets 10 reps at 60% to 80% of your 1RM. Here's my modified GVT. First 2 sets, light to medium weight (about 30% to 40% of 1RM), for 20 to 30 reps. This gets the blood flowing into the muscles, warm up the muscles, and activated. You should feel the burning sensation. Rest for about 2 to 4 minutes for that burning sensation to subside. After first 2 sets, increase your weights to 50% to 60% of your 1RM for 3rd set for 10 reps. 4th set 60% - 70% for 10 reps. 5th to 8th set 70% - 80% for 10 reps. 9th to 10th set for 8 to 10 reps. This modified GVT method works for me. In 3 months, I went through the dumbbell rack from 3/8 to 7/8. This helped me increase in strength and muscles. The keys to this are: compound exercise and large muscles first then do single muscles last, commitment, discipline, focus, mind and body connection, proper form, drop the ego, proper diet with low carb, low fat, high protein. Diet goal, Recomping your body, maintain calorie between 2000 - 2500 with intermitten fasting. Bulking need calorie 3500+

it comes from you somehow. => right click on the video settings of this video and click "stats for nerds". you will see the level of this video is only at 69%, that means youtube turned it down (like with most videos) so all videos have the same levels. This is perfectly normal and shows this video has no audio level issues. If this video was too low, audio levels in the stats would be at 100%

I assume you’re talking about the lateral raises variation. The angles help with targeting different fibres within the deltoid. This is all to say that the angle does matter for the portion of the movement that is hardest (because of gravity).
