This is very true, I'm from the Philippines and the Igorot tribes of the Cordillera Region or North of the Philippines have really big and chunky legs(thighs and calves) but they're usually slightly shorter in terms of height to normal Filipinos. This is because they live in the mountains and they and their ancestors are used to walking/living on mountains. Because walking on an inclined path requires more work than walking to a flat surface, and in their place there's no flat surface because your always either walking up or down. Sorry for my bad english, I can't fully interpret my thoughts on english.

Your spine is different from your limbs. It is basically a set of discs that simply never recovers when messed up, and hates awkward "full ROM" movements. There are safe, proven exercises for the muscles that protect the spine and basically we should just stick with those.

His leg is still stronger and bigger though. What do you mean? Just the aesthetic of it doesn’t mean everything. The look of the muscle isn’t the flex it’s about the strength in the muscle. If it was just about the way, it’s symmetrical or shaped it would be for cosmetic type lifters 😂 foh lil bro

I thought he was face up for a moment as he said "this is the reason-" and was immediately trying to figure out why he's looking at her cooch for this scene. Than I wondered if the algorithm started to send me down conservative videos so I was half expecting a rant about what she was wearing.

Looks like foot positioning to me, she had her feet rotating inwards in the video when she was squatting. When she was holding the qorght in front of her, she allowed the feet to rotate out more naturally.
