average English sufficient hai but vo depend karta hai client konsi country se because US client ka accent thoda difficult hota hai. main thing hai practice karo English speaking kisi ke sath to easy hoga. watch English podcast on youtube ted talks.

when you create a new account you get 50 connects free, and later every month they provide 10 connects, however if you need more then you can buy. I would advice send proposal to those jobs where your skills are aligned more closely and those should be reflected in your profile.
