And that for sure can be the case. I get the talk about money and how it's important but when people say money isn't everything some of them really mean it. I'm trying to get into school to study psychology and I know for sure I'm not going to make millions from it but I couldn't care less. Why should I go and start learning sales and hate doing it every single day? Just so I could brag with my cool house etc or what. I'd rather spend those days doing and learning about something I want to learn and yet still have decent amount of money to do something else on holidays if I want to. Just because you don't have millions doesn't mean you can't enjoy life. I really hate when people who have high income goals think that money is literally the only thing everyone wants or life can't be good, and can't see it in any other perspective.. That's not even being passionate about it, it's just purely being close minded. I actually feel really pity for some of people with such mindsets who don't even like what they do but just want to have money and sacrifice a huge part of their life daily doing something just to have a nice car

I am on the way to succeed. I've been broke to the point of a whopping 10 bucks a day routine working from sun up to sun down summer hrs. but it's been a decade since then and have had other hiccups on the way. but now knowing that I am taking my attitude, and getting money straight.... then I can bring in the money to invest. it's all baby steps. grant cardone has a biblical principle of success is making money to help others succeed and being charitable. you got two thumbs up from me.

Great video! I'll never forget when he did his master the objections webinar. He was literally the first person at the offfice. He was so early he didn't have keys to get in the office. That says a lot that someone with that much money still is doing his best everyday. He works on weekends , Saturday's and Sunday's . Most bosses I know sit back and collect. He really is obsessed!

The Holiday Inn is a funny example, I have lots of money (easily enough to stay at the Hilton and not worry about it) but still stay at hotels like Super 8/Ibis when I go on trips. While I love traveling, and travel a lot, I get no actualization from staying in a fancy resort...really it would just be a waste of money to me. Same with Ferrari's and Rolls, I have a net worth well over $1 million but my wife and I both drive Chevy Sonic's (like the cheapest car you can get lol). They get us where we need to go and really we don't want any more. We would rather spend our money on things that are important to us like having fun together.

Best start to getting your money right is not to blow money on anything he is pushing and instead focusing on closing more deals and paying off debt.

I am in commercial real estate and while this is great motivation, there is a lot more going on here than Grant would lead you to believe. Chances are a lot of the larger checks were syndication deals, meaning he put little to no money into the deal and investors put up most of the capital. He likely owes these investors a preferred return prior to taking any cut for himself. There’s typically “waterfalls” where the investors get paid out long before the guy who put the deal together. It usually takes a while for the returns to get high enough for the “deal guy” to start making a lot on top of the investors preferred returns. These checks are also likely his gross income prior to expenses or debt service. He got a $65k check, but that property could cost $20k/mo to operate and he could owe the bank $40k/mo. Suddenly it’s not as sexy. Grant is undoubtedly successful and very wealthy, but I would venture a guess that a lot of these checks are already spoken for, and all of that money isn’t going straight to his bank account. Still an inspiring guy though!
