I don't need to do it fast and quick like the majority, No one talks about this, i know real estate is save but 1st i need at least 500k for one (i live in europe) i will need atleast 35 years to have 500k for it by then i'm an old man i still want to enjoy my youth (till 30-35) I'm 26 now! He tells you the secret in plain and clear terms. I'm not a huge GC follower, but he's absolutely right in this video. The "secret" is just your brand, or if you wanna get more broad, 'investing in yourself'. He talks about building your brand and engaging the right people, as well as putting your money to USE, not wasting it on dumb shit. Your brand is your own - that's the 'secret' part. His is selling seminars and speeches and RE and whatever else. Yours might be cooking, or art, or building things, or whatever. The basic premise is the same. Utilize money to build your brand, network and help good people succeed, and go HARD on that, without getting content.

Early saving and investing money creates compounds growth, it's a beautiful thing.But it takes focus and discipline. You need to be focused enough to commit to a plan and a process. I’m a dividend investor, my wife and I have invested in the s&p500, both through my TSP with the government and through fidelity in her 401-k. Cashed out 370k from the S&P and invested with a full service broker.. Until about 3years ago we were 100% in the s&p after over 30 years. Money for life is the secret. It won’t take much for you to be successful with your money. But it will require learning three basic financial concepts. Yes, to improve your odds of building a large nest egg for retirement or earning as much money as possible over the course of your lifetime, you’ve got to get a handle on compound interest, inflation, and risk diversification. That's the foundation Grant Cardon and Chris Vandernaald has built on over the years. Very great personalities.
@michaelbob75003 жыл бұрын
If you set aside $30,000 when you’re 18 and your money earns 7% or so per year you’ll be a millionaire by the time you’re 68. “That’s the power of compounding,” said Chris Vandernaald". I always love his view about the compound interest.

Listening to you brings so much clarity - the things that i have done so far have been instinctual - but after listening and learning from you over the past few months - it has become clearer that i am headed in the righ direction. Altho trial and error can be disheartening - it has evolved and brought me to this point - an made things go faster this time around. Thank you for your wisdom that you share.

People saying he is a Fraud or saying he is Legit still need to figure out what he is doing. He is doing what he should be doing for himself. He won't tell the secret or we all will get rich and he will stop making videos anymore. Sounds weird right? may be there is no secret and you have to keep grinding and keep finding what you can do with your life and find your own ways to become billionaires. I have listen to many people like GC but I'm not successful yet and I think there is a secret inside of everybody's life and we need to find that secret. Like I know I can't blow all the money I have by listening to GC. Find your own secrets, your own ways of making the money to work for you. Thanks for reading anyway.

The secret is aligning your own thoughts with actions and feelings. He can’t control that which is why everyone won’t get rich, and the reason why we all have our own individual “secret” it’s a spiritual journey as much as a material / physical journey. It’s hard to articulate that in a blanket formula that works for everyone. We will each achieve against the variables of our own mind, actions and choices. It’s infinite.

I can’t focus on the long run when I should be retiring in 3years, you see I’ve got good companies in my portfolio and a good amount invested, but my profit has been stalling, does it mean this recession/unstable market doesn’t provide any calculated risk opportunities to make profit?

I agree, my profit has been consistent no matter the market situation, I got into the market early 2019 and the constant downtrends and losses discouraged me so I sold off, got back in Dec 2020 this time with guidance from an investment adviser that was recommended by a popular economist on a subreddit, long story short, its been 2years now and I’ve gained over $850k following guidance from my investment adviser.

"You can never have too many friends." Wherever you land, you can stay with a friend. Whenever you need an investor, call your friends. "You can never have too much money." Money is like shelter. You can survive without it, technically, but it's a miserable existence, and you'd much rather have more of it than you can EVER run out of. I had my last full-time job in 1995. The $570 sunglasses, it's not happening. At time 21:35 you said "I'd never have bought these shades. I'm cheap!" That was a high point of the video for me. If someone is spending money, and it's not giving them a return, they were probably never poor. It's freaking tragic out there. Great job with all your productive outcomes, very inspirational, and thanks for giving back to the community.
