Capcut pc is improving a lot day by day. If we talk about the use cases, capcut mobile can be preferred for short form content, while capcut pc can be preferred for long form content. Again it's your use case which makes any of the software best for it.

I have a PRO Subscription but never see the message text you have on your screen or the storage amount when I click on my name under spaces. Nor do I ever get the option to upload my brand videos or images, etc. How do I get that option? If I try and drag and drop images and videos into brand assets that doesn't work either.

Capcut pc roll out function on the basis of region. If a certain option is unavailable, try using a vpn.

Yes this feature is in capcut pc only and once you upload the assets from capcut pc, you can access them easily from mobile.
