I have watched many recycled plastics video. This one is indeed impressive in that he provided details as to which type of plastics he can use and his origins in starting this business. As for the technology, it is common to most firms...collection, sorting, shredding, cleaning, melting, extrusion or molding. The melting temperature can range from 150 deg C to 270 deg C. One firm spins out in thick threads and cuts them into small pellets. Others pour into molds. Some extrude in various shapes. I am planning on a major usage in my big construction project.

Good work but please improve working condition for your workers. Teach them how to use protective gears. Otherwise exposure to plastic particles and fumes can leads to huge health related problems

Plastic is good for use here. But it will warp and go out of shape with aging and colour will also fade.. laid in panels with adequate adequate gapes in between under a sand bed may be helpful in draining out water and help recharging ground water as well.
