The director has already said that this movie is mostly CG shots, so there's very little human action. It's gonna really focus on the monster stuff this time. Which is fine by me. They can tell just as good of a story as the humans can. Besides, you onky really need humans in movies like this for a bit of exposition.

Godzilla is meant to evolve. That's why there are so many itterations of him over the decades. Him becoming sleek is part of that. Also, the pink (magenta) is a callback to one of the films back in the day. Godzilla will always continue to evolve. Pretty sure Godzilla being frozen in the iceberg will be later on in the movie before the last showdown. Seems like the rumors of a giant ice breathing Kaiju are true from what we're seeing in the trailer. So at some point Godzilla will get caught off guard and rocked enough to get trapped in ice temporarily, but will get souped up somehow and escape to join Kong for the final battle.

The trailer was amazing. Scar King(the orangutan) is smaller than I thought he would be. The movie also hinted at one of the Big Bad being Shimu(a monster who is responsible for the ice age), hence Godzilla being frozen. Excited to watch this movie.

I agree with you but I do think the part of where they were running lacked a sense of scale. I think to make it really feel like they're big, massive creatures then they should be moving a little bit slower for that wow effect. But apart from that this trailer looks great!

Godzilla is Goku: many power ups while Kong is Vegeta: Hardworking. Hopefully, we have more Godzilla scenes because this movie could be more Kong focused. I am not to upset since the main antagonist is a primate like Kong so it makes sense that way.
