Ngl, after Madea’s Big Happy Family, you can tell the movies changed drastically. The tone, atmosphere, characters and all just became straight out wacky. Similar to Big Momma’s house. It used to be interesting seeing the real world dynamics he would add to them and sometimes having Madea be a guardian while balancing her crazy side.

Lol if you guys are going to continue Tyler Perry films and since you're new to who Tyler Perry is, there is one rule to remember with him. He does what he wants irregardless of viewer critique. He hires people based off HIS own taste, he writes his scripts in a very cyclical formula that suits him lol. All of his films after 2009-2011 are... bad because he does not take criticism well or stray from his formula. Still, in the culture, he is in a lane all his own. As y'all continue to explore his films after 2011, just know the writing gets worse. The humor is always there but... yeah...
