Cruise - I love cruising KZbin for your fun and informative videos. I grew up in a house where we weren't allowed to wear makeup. So there was never had anyone to teach me how to wear it. Once I was out living my own, working in an office, I managed moisturizer, mascara and lip gloss. (We didn't have computers & KZbin back then.) I'm currently retired and have declared that 2025 is my "self care" year, doing nice things for myself, just because it makes me feel good. I'm starting out with mostly Elf products and am having a ball experimenting with it all. Your videos feel like I'm just kicking back and sharing life tips and advice with a long lost friend. I'm fairly new to your channel and I just wanted to say how sweet I think you are. I'm not big into makeup. I work from home and when I go out I *maybe* will put on some mascara. I'm 65 years old. When I was younger I wore more makeup and colored my hair. Now my hair is a brilliant shiny white/silver. If my mom were living, she would be about 10 years older than you are. I used to love to sit with her while she was putting on her makeup and fixing her hair. She never left the house without being completely made up, purse matching her shoes, etc. Anyway, I really enjoy listening to you talk. You have a calming voice and a sweet accent. Patty I'm 65 and im doing ghe same thing no cloth no jewelry and no shoes and bags! Its crazy the amount of stuff i have when i work full time, last week i went to Winners and i went straight to the jewelry and i said no don't need any! Im in Ontario Canada things are very expensive here, but once in a while i will go buy some makeup for my dry skin! Thank you for sharing your videos i get a lot of ideas you are beautiful i would never believe your age if you did not say it, you have amazing skin my skin is not bad i dont havd many wrinkles but in the last 3 years my skin became very dry!🌹🌻

Patti, your makeup turned out great. When you mentioned your foundation color I paused the video and went to my dressing room to check the tube I bought. Mine is the same as yours. My double vision got really bad and I haven't been able to drive. I got new glasses so now I can cruise around town. It is so nice to be able to drive again. I pray that I don't have to have surgery on my eye muscle.

Cruise! I have been on many cruises and love the tropical vacations. My husband really wanted Alaska and I was not interested at all, but decided to go for him. We did the sail and rail package and went up into the Yukon on a train and it was one of the most beautiful experiences I have ever seen. Also, we moved to Florida and I took a year off from work, so decided to have a no spend year except for the necessities. This changed my spending tremendously and I have become a very frugal spender on non-necessities. Now, instead of the thrill of buying something new that I probably really don’t need, I get a thrill from seeing how much I can save. Yes, please shop your closet and show us what you come up with. ❤

I do exactly the same thing Patti can can sit and play for hrs I have so many chronic health issues and I was pulled from Working at 36 and it feels like it been constant Surgeries ever since, for me makeup has become like Therapy for me I can sit and decompress I can forget about how crappy things are for a little while push the pain away for a little while . I really need that time where I can just forget ( Cruise ) about my problems otherwise I think I’d go batty , makeup has no age limit it has no rules and it can be washed off so just have fun and explore you may find something you just love .
