My 95 year old dad is transitioning, and my heart is breaking💔. Watching the sunrise reminded me of the many I've watched with him as a young girl sitting on his lap on a tractor. He use to stop so we could see it come up. I will cherish those times for the rest of my life. Thank you.

One week prior to my 90 yr old WWII veteran Dad passing, he said to me, "all my brother- in- laws are gone" ( he had 5 sisters and no brothers.) I said something like, "we all have to run our race or take each day." He then said to me, "Marie,, when God calls you; you go to him." I had him one more precious week. He knew every constellation in the sky and since I was a child, he would point them all out to me. When he went with God, I looked up at the night sky...without him beside me. Now I know, he is always with me. It takes awhile to get there. We who have had wonderful Dads are so very lucky. I wish there magic words.

Love to see a woman of a certain age doing such beautiful make-up!!!!! I, too, love the cool (berry) lipsticks! But am seeing that at our age, and with smaller lips, using softer colors really does work wonders. Can you do a video using some cool/nude softer lip colors. I think it world work so well. I am looking at getting NARS Afterglow Sensual Shine Lipstick in 208 - Devotion. With a slightly deeper lip liner. Since they only have the dryer wooden lip pencil liners, I am going to look for a twist-up lip liner. That might be the challenge!

I loved this video and hope you can do one for Emily's L'Oreal Paris top 10 too! It is so useful to have the perspective of affordable makeup that works for older ladies. Also, I am in Australia and have been able to access Emily's recommendations on Amazon if they are not in my local chemist or supermarket. Hope that helps others to find it too.

My husband and I have a lake condo at Lake of the Ozarks in the middle of Missouri. We live outside of St. Louis but split our time with both. I have a picture as my wallpaper on my IPad that is so similar to yours of our lakefront view. I sometimes bundle up and sit on the porch in the middle of the night to watch the moon and stars. You have to just open your eyes to what is around you everyday. It’s new everyday if you look for it.

Oh my, that is the most beautiful sunrise I have ever watched. The reflection of the sun on water looks as if to be reaching out to you and the mist is rushing to worship the rising sun; at the feet of God.
