I saw my ex together with his new girlfriend at the mall, he approached me first like nothing happens to us. It seems that he moved on so quicky while I was struggling to move on. I was really hurt, I didn't response to him but ran out crying. That was the saddest part of my life.

A New Love Official at least I’m not the only one who feels this way. If I’m struggling to move on, and he’s notcoming I will be so hard. The feeling has to be equal. Mutual in order for this break up to be a little easier. If it’s not, it’s like Hills inside. It’s very much kills. We both have to be not over each other. Like we both have to know that, it’s not gonna work, but at least the feelings are equal in mutual. If I saw my ex come out with another girl, in front of my face, or since I am blind I can’t see, if I was walking with someone, let’s say my mother or her friend, and they described to me that he’s with another girl, and he’s kissing her, my heart will drop to the bottom of my feet. I don’t think I’ll be able to cope.

Now I understand why I'm in so much pain every day when I have to go to classes and see all of my old friends that dropped me for no good reason. I'm in pain every day and I don't know how to stop it from hurting. It's not like I can just drop these classes because I want to succeed in my life, but having to see them every day hurts so much. This semester is over in 2 weeks and I can't wait to have a month off from seeing them. I hope during that time I can heal and it will hurt less come September.

I wrap my pain, in an bag of gift paper. After wrapping a box of it up, I then put a pretty ribbon around it and a bow on top. I treat myself to still smiling and being my best self, my better self. Even though I'm hurting and want to know why they dumped me, why the don't like me ....? Eventually it doesn't really matter anymore, because the reasons and bullshit are owned by them. I own being separate from them. I hope this helps in some way. When others disown you, let them walk away, let them leave. You are you, and there's nothing really we can do to change others. Victoria Milazzo hello. I feel your pain. I go to school. And I see my ex. He just became my ex because we broke up over comer taking a break. It wasn’t really even supposed to be a break up. But he jumped the gun. How he jump the gun is my texting my mom the reason why he needs a break. My mom most certainly didn’t approve it. Because in her mind. The break is a break up. When all he wanted was to take a break because he needed help to focus on himself. A mutual friend of ours, and older woman, she told them, you need to focus on you. So he needed to focus on him. And it’s not a jealous female friend with an older woman. Her grandmother. And because of all this, they broke up. It would’ve been easier to break up, if he was in a whole different location. The big problem is we live in the same city. Carson. We live in the same city. We go to the same school. Even difficult part is, I can’t just avoid him. He has to help me. Aside from him just being my friendcome up my ex-boyfriend he’s my tutor. He’s the one that teaches me computers. We are both blind. Visually handicapped. And he’s the one teaching me computer skills and helping me with my classwork. He hast to walk me from class to class not just because of an offer of kindness, but he hast to walk other children with disabilities I mean, other people with this abilities sorry, we’re not children were in college. So that is very difficult. It’s like, how could I even put on a professional basis, a student face without even putting a face that makes me revisit our feelings. Even with him. Because, in the library will talk about study things. And then a lot of times he’ll walk me outside of the library. Talking about personal things. I just don’t know how to avoid it. Or trying to be cool with it. I think he’s pretending to try to be cool with it, but I definitely can’t pretend. The pain is so great

Great advice, Matt! I will see my ex in a few days. I feel that I am emotionally ready to see him. I understand there are two ways that this can end: 1) He will want to date me again or 2) I will finally get the closure I need to truly move on (this break up happened about a month ago where there wasn't much of a definite ending). If I do choose to date him again, I promised myself to take things slowly...I do like him, but I am unsure about having a relationship with him. So, I just promised myself to have coffee with him if things work out for us...but if it doesn't end in coffee...I will be just fine. I will focus on my life without him and just breathe. Rejection is God's protection and I will stay strong and confident. By the way, Matt, I feel that most guys and even women, don't know how to be in the relationship they want to be in...good thing is that I am more focused on what I want and good things will happen in my life.

The meeting went well..but he told me that he isn't ready for a relationship. Eventually, everything ended between us because I wouldn't be a friends-with-benefits kind of gal that he wanted while he is still figuring out his life. I packed up my bags (figuratively speaking) and moved on. Holding on to him, even a little, made me extremely depressed, so I had to let him go of him completely. I deserve so much more. Need to be emotionally fit before you see him. Make a list of all of the things in your life that are meaningful to you that have nothing to do with him. It could be a list about the things you’re grateful for, a hobby you’re enjoying, your goals you’re excited about,etc. Remind yourself about how much you have in your life that have nothing to do with this person. Proximity to them can make emotional pain deeper/ blown out of proportion. If you don’t know what gives your life meaning then when you see him your brain will trick you and at that’s the thing which gives your life meaning. You need to know you’re armed with all of the great things in your life to begin with. Don’t try to play that you’re all cool and that you don’t care and that you are fine. Just be authentic when you get there. If it’s a little awkward and weird it is what it is. If you’re near him it’s okay to say that ‘it’s awkward to be here like this’. When you admit to this and you on it, you give this feeling less power.

Not sure I agree here. If you feed the negative, it grows. I'd smile, say hello, how are you, and keep walking. No need to focus on that negative "awkwardness." Show this person you are strong and the hurt was short lived, as in one night. 1-and-done. Stick to having positive energy not only in front of them, but all day long. Fake happy feelings until you have them. Leave that person wondering if they ever had an impact on you, because the truth is, in a few months, it will feel like they never did.

I find that all you need is God. As long as you seek Him, He alone can get you through, even when its difficult, heartbreaking, agony, etc. Every day I still miss the ex I dumped and that I'm a fool for not going back to him, but then, by admitting that, it feels cathartic and I don't have to go back. Personally, I gently acknowledge & move on. I recently saw an ex at a local park, he passed me a few times on his bike. We looked at each other for a split second, I gave a slight smile, & kept playing with my friends dog. When i dumped my ex it ended very badly. No details but lets just say he made me leave my "second home" cause he hung there too. But i still go visit there whenever we have an event. I ran into him for the first time in months and i can tell you, that emotional ready is very important. I was ready but he wasn't. So while i enjoyed my time there and was respectful of him he ran and purposefully bothered me to try and make me uncomfortable. Be yourself and remember why you are there, whether you know ahead of time or just a run-in at the supermarket. You guys broke up for a reason, move on from the break up but don't forget why you did. It can work the same way with past friendships.

I'm having a difficult times now, because I broke up with my ex-girlfriend a week ago. due to the childish thing. we have been in relationship for one month and a half, I have told her my plans that after two years I will marry her. because i have dated her for two and half years when she was in another relationship. and after she became mine. the problem is every time I call he in the midnight i found her talking on a phone, I can call her around 10 times in that midnight and she spent around 1 hour on the phone, and once she hang up the call she text me that it's too late, we will talk tomorrow. and in the morning she can't call, i have to be the one to call er again, and when I ask her why she behaved in that way, she told me that nothing to worry about. (she told me she was talking with her friends). I caught her doing that 10 times in one month. and i asked her to never do that because it hurts me, she said no i can't change, i said please do it during the day not in the midnight, or if you can't d it, let's stop our relationship here. and she decide to stop our relationship because she can't change that. she can't even find a small time to talk to me and i found her talking to the persons (which i don't really know) on the phone, can you imagine. and I have asked her to meet me so that we can solve the issue, but what i really want is not to get her back is to end our relationship forever. what can i do please any help

My girlfriend broke up with me one week ago. I saw my her three, and four days after the break up. We work in the same building but different floors and attend the same Friday seminars, so the likelihood of seeing her at least once a week is high. I was just walking through the exit when I saw her sitting and having some snacks. She asked me how I was doing and I said ok, what about you? She said ok, then I said ok goodbye and left. this makes me remember the first time i saw my ex after the brake up. He hesitate to say hi and i was like debating in my head whether I say hi or pass acting like we never knew each other and that's what really happened. it brake my heart even more that things seems soo easy to him while my heart went on peices at that moment so I hold my tears, i went to a place with none in there i just cried untill i felt like no tears left to cry. I saw him so many times after that, sometimes i feel like my legs can carry me more, sometimes my heart goes fast and sometimes i cry on my own. I didn't know how to handle those moments. I don't know how i handleded this for the past 9 months. I am strong, but i feel this killed me a bit inside. This was suffering, this was pain, how i'm still here and continue to fight on my business and personal life is a mistery for me. I simply just do it... I went to a hang out that my ex goes to. He was chatting a lot with another female. I am surprised at how much it bothered me. Like intense emotion. I'm trying to not be a pshyco. I am also really tired and have had an off week diet wise. Lack of nutrition, foods, hydration, etc. I tend to be much more sensitive when I am off balance. I don't want to blow it out of proportion. I left the establishment. And now listening to this....

I know this video is old to say.today i saw an ex from 7 years ago.and im very happy that i didnt open that door today (even tho i havent had sex 2 years now) and im just very happy my feelings after seeing her is like seeing a stranger and im being honest not having an ego trip or to sound bad ass i geniunely dont have feelings for her..i was actually scared to see her if she decided to do something stupid like scratching my car 😂 but it was all good.she knew i was in her view she aint made eye contact so i aint bother to say hi if she would of i would said hi in a polite civil way.why because you cant forget where you come from .even if you see an old boss just say hi and move on cause those people was rocks in your way to success
