If you are ever in California or on the Island of Oahu there is a chain...yes a chain called "Roundtable" Trust me when i say this pizza from the crust, cheese (Which is aged 90 days before its used), sauce (Which is a wonderful top secret blend) and toppings which are lighting singed when cooked makes for the best pizza you will ever have. I always recommend it to anyone form out of town and they LOVE it! Before you ask, no i don't work for them and I wish they were paying me, honestly they should with all the businesses i throw their way, further more can't even afford one more than once a month (Its around $28.00 for their largest combination, but regardless of all this, it is still my favorite, and i have had a lot of pizza. Try it out!

Pizza business is tough. Here in San Francisco, in the Mission District. There is 6 pizza joints in the two mile radius. Also, there's Dominos, Pizza Hut and Round Table.

The restaurant business is competitive. You can't just open and expect people to patronize your business. Also, margins and overhead are important. Pizza has less overhead and can be profitable if you put in the work.
