I agree about the audiobook of That Time I Got Drunk. I read it on KU and gave it 5 stars, but I listened to book 2 on Hoopla and thought it was ridiculous. Also, a few videos ago you tried reading Butcher and Blackbird, but you weren't in the mood. I just wanted to point out that Rowan (Butcher) is a chef, just in case they might entice you to pick it up again. He's also Irish and the narrator is *chefs kiss* 🤭

I cannot wait for you to read A Game Of Hearts & Heists! It is not lighthearted, but it is SO good! It was my 5-Star read of last year! She has since published two more, which I was lucky enough to get ARC's for, and she has a Kickstarter going for a limited edition version of the next book, with NSFW art and bookmarks and other goodies! I am dying to get my hands on one, personally.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed That Time I Got Drunk, it was my first ever monster romance & my expectations were pretty low tbh😂 I read the novella 'Mistlefoe' after that in December and give it 5⭐ it was so good!!!

I really need to pick up Bride now. I wasn't a fan of Ice Planet Barbarian's bk 2 either. I find its interesting that you said the audiobook isn't the way to go with That Time I got Drunk and Saved a Demon; I recently finished the audiobook of it and was underwhelmed. I may have to give book 2 a go physically. Also, I picked up Raiders of the Lost Heart because of a video you posted (I had not heard of it before then) and absoutely loved it!
