In this video I give an update about the recovery process of my runners knee. Next to doing strength and stability exercises, I run every week two times up to now. I want to increase my mileage in the coming weeks and even start with easy interval sessions in the process. In this video I show how I am implementing a third training into my week and what kind of training I do.
