Much appreciated for those of us that grew up when there wasn't an easier way known. You had to be tough to survive!

My neighbor still uses a snubbing post. He's in his late 50s or early 60s. In his youth he was a rodeo bronco rider. All his horses remind me of a Remington painting.

Another great video. I especially like the stories. Thanks. I don't know where I heard it, but the story went something like this: A cowboy was working a horse with a flag, as you did, and the owner got upset with the cowboy and said "stop it! You're scaring the horse." The cowboy said no ma'am, I'm removing his fear. When you have a kid afraid of the dark, you can't get them over it by turning on the light. You have to show them there is nothing in the dark to hurt them. He elaborated by saying I can't remove the bags, flags, and noisy things in the world, but I can show the horse they won't hurt him. I thought the cowboy logic was pretty good.
