for many years she accompanied her husband everywhere. The PM has one of Canada's most difficult, thankless jobs and I'm sure Trudeau benefitted from her steadfast support. Her presence probably enhanced his performance. But in the end she's proven herself to be a self-important person who likes the spotlight and who abandoned her husband in a time of great need and set a poor example to her children and taken up with another man.
