I’m from NY born and raised (Long Island specifically) and honestly….no other place in the country does Christmas better than NY. Upstate you have more of the mountains so you can get that snowy cabin Christmas vibe, on Long Island you can get that small town Christmas village vibe, and in the city….that luxurious and extravagant Christmas vibe. We go all out for Christmas here.

@@TheLaurenNorrisone of my cousins who’s originally from Albany booked a cabin stay with Red Cottage. They have several different locations around the upstate area. She and her boyfriend chose the Hudsonshire house which is in the Hudson Valley. If you go on the website for Red Cottage and tap on the bar next to where it says “Red Cottage” just tap on “browse properties” and the first one is Catskills. As of currently you get rent it for $289 a night which for NY standards is honestly really good.

Happy Thanksgiving! I’m watching this on thanksgiving. For me, I love listening to Christmas music. I’m in school. We have this choir class and I’m apart on the school’s chorus! Christmas season for choir started the first week of November. We are a full force singing Christmas songs and Christmas Carols! Which I am lovinggggg.

I like "While you were sleeping" with Sandra Bullock. I've liked almost every film she's been in ("Speed", "The Net"). It's not really a Christmas video per se, but it takes place during Christmas. It's on Disney+. I watch it every year. I was at the community college in the community room or whatever, they had it on. I had an hour to waste.

My favourite Christmas movie has always been Home Alone 2 or The Polar Express! I'm definitely a nostalgia Christmas kinda girly. You need a humidifier... a cool mist humidifier will help with the dryness and not make your house hotter. I sleep with one right next to my bed during the winter and it helps so much!
