Getting my Kooikerhondje Puppy!

I really shouldn't look at these Kooiker videos. I just start to tear up... Had to put my Kooiker boy Zico to sleep yesterday. 11 years old, got noticeably weak a few weeks ago which got worse, turned out he got cancer in his stomach. It really hurts, cause even if he was rather old, the veterinarian said everything about his health was in tip top shape. If it wasn't for the cancer he would have lived a very active life a couple more years. Kooiker are really amazing dogs. I love their personality, even the quirky sides they have... Zico was stubborn, didn't care much about other people or dogs, was a one man dog and was more like a cat in the way he sometimes just didn't listen if he didn't want to do something, and he ate everything he could find, stealing food in clever ways was his specialty... But they're so intelligent and the loyalty and love you get from them if they choose you as their favorite person is unbeatable! Good luck with your puppy!

Hi Danny, I was having a bad and wanted to get cheered up. No better way than looking at Kooikers. I want to let you know that this video is one of the biggest reasons I got a Kooiker. Having My Kooiker Tikka was one of the best things to happen in my life, and I thank you.

Thank you! She is from a breeder in Sweden. There are some really great breeders I'd recommend depending on where you are :)
