Elliot, I'll be brutally honest with you. This is by far my favorite video since you left college. I subbed to you back when you were still a junior at Vandy because you were a role model for me - you were productive and got sh*t done and it was apparent in your videos. After you graduated and moved to NYC, your videos became more 'standard.' A lot of them became you just riding around the city on your boosted to go and meet friends. Your videos lost that productive touch that drew me in in the beginning. This video was a breath of fresh air - a return to Elliot being Elliot, instead of just being lost in the background noise of KZbin. Keep being the motivated and productive person you are and make videos about it!

@nonebeach don’t be so fucking dense, productivity doesn’t end after college. I love Elliot’s videos but it’s true, he always says he’s busy but rarely shows those parts in his vlogs. Hey Elliot! Been a subscriber since 2019. I stumbled on you at a time in my life when I was unsure of where I was supposed to be-insecure, directionless, and depressed. I felt like I was going nowhere with my career goals especially being out of university. Your content at that point in my life gave me the much needed motivation and self awareness to keep going. I'm now working my dream job as an animator (made the leap of faith and moved to Vancouver from Toronto around the same time you were making your videos on taking risks) and I owe a small part of that to you and the work you do. You probably don't see it but in the small ways of what you're doing, it's helping people dream for themselves. Hope that could keep you motivated in the days when it's tough be affirmed in what you're doing and who you are. Just thought you should know that. Rooting for you dude! 🤘 PS. Loved this video. Definitely was a throwback. Didn't know you were a Catholic, could definitely relate with what you were saying about faith. Took a lot of searching but being a practicing Catholic and knowing it in a deeper way beyond what I grew up with has definitely played an immense part in my journey. Keep going Elliot! 💯

This is actually so helpful Elliot. I’m currently going through a down time right now and I think this is gonna help my mindset drastically. Since I started watching you in high school it felt like you are a big brother to me, sharing your experiences, and giving advice. I think a lot of your viewers feel this way. It’s like you have this magic ability to connect with people emotionally through a screen, it’s crazy to me and I want to be like this too. I have so much thoughts and insights about life and I think I should do a better job sharing them to others. I also totally respect your faith Elliot. And I think these methods are very much alike Christianity which I believe in. And pls consider that God has been thinking about you and watching over you the moment you believed in him when you were young. Bc these inspirations you shared are almost exactly like the sermon that my pastor gave last Sunday.

I feel like so many of us are at a time where we feel lost and things are so uncertain. The things I have to keep in mind is that uncertainty isn’t permanent, and finding ways to bring excitement to your life will make it that much brighter. There’s so much things you mentioned that I related to it was so strange. I watched this 2 days ago and I was literally in a slump but I did almost all of the things you mentioned to get your life together AND i tried to do some yoga/ stretch/meditate when I woke up and it really gave me some time to collect myself and my mind without any phone, social media, sound etc just me being calm and with my thoughts. After most of my friends left New York over the course of the pandemic I’ve been trying to find things to do by myself and I was sad that I was alone but now I’m more excited to see what I can discover. College starts soon I’ll be back to studying graphic design and be in my element of creativity so I’m trying to prepare my sleep schedule, mindset, and routines back on track. Thanks for the motivation 💙
Thank you Eliot, Even though this was a longer duration video than before it still helped me out a lot. I'm currently going through the same state as you were before and just not focused at all physically and mentally, feeling unmotivated, thinking this is the end since I didn't bring a change in my life for a few days now.
