And sometimes we subconsciously know but it’s just not clicking and we need a gentle person to spell it out to us, like when I read Atomic Habits and James Clear said our habits make us who we are - and by that rule we are choosing who are daily - now it’s common sense right, but was a ‘woah’ moment for me. Sometimes ‘knowing’ isn’t black or white 😊 - really enjoyed the video and the gentleness of your spirit x

It feels like the modern world has so many ways that we avoid living well: Netflix, scrolling socials, ordering food, alcohol, drugs, buying things. That’s why so many of us (including myself) crave renewal and change. I feel like in many ways we aren’t supposed to live this way. We want to go back to a life where things were more simple and progress felt easier. But the truth is, we have to create that state. I know that my life, while great, isn’t where I want it to be, but the hardest part is truly changing on the inside.

I felt the same way when I lost my sister. She was so full of life and had so many plans. It made me feel like I didn’t deserve to have fun and enjoy myself. It made the things I once enjoyed seem trivial. I was even upset that her favorite singer (who was close to her age) was able to continue her life and my sister wasn’t. It will take a long time, but eventually you will be able to continue your life and function the way you did before while carrying this grief. It will get easier. She is in a better place and she is watching you! Make her proud! ❤

I lost my mom almost a year and a half ago, so I can relate. It's so hard, and life will never be the same again. I still have moments where I break down because I miss her so much, but I know that she would want me to continue on with my life , and continue to succeed, and accomplish my goals, so that's what I'm doing. And I know that her memory will always live on through me, and your mom will continue to live through you. Keep staying strong ❤

Everyone sets goals fail them and just quit. create a daily habit and system.

Tend to and cultivate these relationships as you would a garden. This takes conscious effort.

Leaving this comment to hold myself accountable. I will leave a comment with brief updates every day. Right now, I'm a graduate student and I'm studying something I really like. However, I'm stressed all the time, my diet is not good at all. I bought some healthy groceries this week, and I have a meal prep planned for a chicken burrito bowl with loads of protein and veggies! I also have a delicious breakfast of avocado toast with eggs and smoked salmon plus a side salad with chopped tomatoes and pesto. I want to eat real food. I want to feel good and look good. I want to lose about 20-30 pounds and lean out. I want to feel confident in my body. I want to grow out my hair too. I think it all starts with my stress levels. My hair has not grown past shoulder length since I began college. And this is not because I've had regular hair cuts or anything like that. I truly believe it is due to stress. I want to start working out again. I felt so incredible doing it regularly. Another goal is to improve my mental health and self confidence. I want to feel good about myself. I want to stop comparing myself to others. I want to trust my own path. I want to be able to do what is best for me without overthinking. I want to be better at handling failures. I want to be able to prioritize my mental health and work on my trauma.

I learned a lot from this! I did change my life in 90 days for real! Thank you for this video! It made me feel confident to put out my first KZbin video on how I did it. Not everyone can relate to my journey and how I did it but, what I did really worked for me.

Hi, thanks for the video, it's amazing. One thing I realized and currently am struggling with is that I always promise myself to start changing my life, bettering myself, but never keep the promises, I set goals and have a somewhat clear plan on how to achieve them but never actually start taking action, that's why I liked the point you made in the beginning of the video that you need to start now and not tomorrow. I believe that one can actually change their life in 90 days even if not completely.

1. life audit -wheel of life -prioritize the biggest change in your life (choose 2-3) 2. rely on consistency not motivation -shift your mindset 3.strip off past self -realize what part of your past self is blocking your progress

Hey! I spent my entire afternoon on this video, watching and pausing while writing my wheel of life and listening to the different sections of it. I am aware of my potential as well as I am aware that these last few months I lost the way of who I used to be, with good habits, mindset, that I would really like to get back and I feel it will be a little easier considering that at one time I had them, also I consider not only getting them back but also continuing to grow as a person and acquire more good habits and ways of living. Anyway, I want to thank you for this great video and I'll see you in 90 days when I post an update on how I'm doing! pd: I hope it makes sense what I'm saying, english isn't my first language

1. Do A Life Audit - Evaluate life intentionality - Evaluate where you are currently, how you spend your time, what does your day look like, where you are in all area of life, and use the wheel of life. 2. What your ideal life is like - Where you are currently and where you want to be. What is working for you and what isn't. 3. Bridge the gap between the current and the actual. Prioritize the biggest impact changes (Pick 2-3 things to focus on what actually matters). Rely on consistency. Consistent action turns dreams into reality.

Hej Poppy, this video has been sitting in my recommendation page for a few days now. I didn't know you, but everyday I thought "I want to watch this!". Today I did. And I related to everything you said and you know the best? You got me with your "Don't do anything else, start with this right after the video". And so I did. i created a notion page and just silently journaled for about an hour on the categories "Body, Mind, Soul, Career, Writing/Content and Finance". And I feel so much calmer and clearer, that is the best exercise I have been doing in forever! Thank you so much. And "Hi", new follower here 😄

Currently going through a tough phase -- I have joined my dream job (highly grateful to God) but suddenly I find a lot of my close friends being toxic and talking shit about me.even though there has been no fight or misunderstandings. When I was struggling in my old underpaid job, each one of them was being so empathetic towards me and now suddenly their attitude has changed. Please make a video on how to deal when close friends/ best friends suddenly change

Thank you for reminding me that Discipline is more important than Motivation, it makes sense, motivation is based from emotions and it not consistent. I will definitely start building habits to create a strong system to where I wanted to be. Good Luck with my journey 😊

Keep in mind that achieving an ideally healthy body need not include going to the gym three or four times a week, which takes a LOT of time and money. If it helps you and you can achieve it, fine, but there are other ways to get strong without the gym. Here are a few: walking/running; yoga; calisthenics; weight lifting; hiking, skipping; etc... Thanks for this inspirational and encouraging video. :)

Hello sis can I change my life in my 30s? I just turned 30 last month.. And I wasted my 20s pleasing people got hurt now I am unemployed unmarried.. Being a woman in our Indian 🇮🇳 society it feels like a burden and left out.. Everyone around me are either married have kids or have a job..
@dianan26629 ай бұрын
Dearest, there are a lot of women (and men) whose life started only after 30. A recent example is Victoria Monet who had a baby, got married, and won 3 Oscar’s only after 30 while she’s been working hard all of her life but got no recognition. 30 is not old. You can do whatever you want and your age has nothing to do with it. The writer of Harry Potter was depressed and in a toxic relationship and only started writing in her late 30s/ early 40s. You’re still very young and you can achieve your dreams 🤍

Hello, I am writing this as I can relate with you. A little background about me I am turning 32 this year. I was drowning in loans and I had a broken heart. I am unmarried cll. I was addicted to weed. This January I promised myself to change. You won't believe I have lost 3 kgs ( I am yet to reach my goal) . I am healthy. Haven't smoked in last 3 months. My dad who never pays for me, has reached out all of a sudden and gave me some cash. I payed a part of my loan. All I did was meditate, work on my habits, get out of victim mode, repeated to myself that I can achieve whatever I want everyday whenever I doubt myself. Lastly I am working on building an online business. So if I can do it you can too. Yes it is not going to be easy but you can do it.😊

I love the 12 week year so much. After reading that I read The Miracle Morning and that has been incredible in my life. It’s been 4 months and I’ve changed so much that my brain is still catching up and often does not recognize this ‘new’ person. My actions are so second nature and so different to what they used to be that it’s like I’m living in someone else’s body and mind. I would love to hear someone talk more about this- how we have to learn who the new person is after the old one is shed 🩷🫶 thank you for this video! ✨🙏🏼🥰

After slowly getting out of my postpartum depression, and with 150 subscribers and about 5 of those actually leave comments, it gets very hard to keep going when you feel like no one is there. Barely any growth, and barely any interaction can really be hurtful towards self-esteem.. my dream for years has been to reach 1,000 subscribers and become monetized. And I’m hoping this can be this year… 🥺

I love that you put down your goal this year on the channel about page! KZbin is a very hard game, everything is so out of our control and I feel you 100% because I was there myself, struggling to grow my old channel for years. I'm not a KZbin guru so I don't feel my understanding of the platform can be called 'tips' but just want you to know I do know where you're coming from ❤

I do believe that motivation still important as motivation gives you that energy and joy to do your goals. I think it's also important to find ways to get your motivation back as I do believe that motivation is not there always. It's OK to have a break but not for too long. Without motivation I don't think you'll find joy of doing stuff which leads bad results.
