Getting Obscure Hardware to Work With Gentoo

In this video I show you how to get more obscure hardware (like intel sunrise point hardware) to work with gentoo. You should first run lspci -k to determine exactly what type of hardware you have on your system, then enable pin controllers under device drivers in your menuconfig of your kernel, this will reveal a hidden menu where you can configure more specific types of hardware (assuming your hardware is one that's in the list, if its not then results may vary) After this rebuild your kernel, make it bootable, and then reboot with working sound, you can configure your sound levels with alsamixer.
