Going to the Dr in your 40s hits different. All off a sudden all those tests they do is a concern. 20 & 30s my blood pressure was aways good. 40s Dr talking about he’s concerned I’m gonna have a stroke. Went to the Dr because my shoulder was hurting leaving hoping I won’t die in my sleep. 😂

I turned 30 and was complaining about my knee. I worked in an office and then from home. I am now 34. Told my boss about it at 30 tho and he was your check engine light turns on at 30. Now I’m okay but still have random aches. Also got surgery for the poop issues. Lmao. Best surgery and decision ever. However. This has me scared about the next decade Lmfao. I’ve been stretching way more etc to maintain because being honest most of us stopped gym after highschool. Yeah no bueno. If you under 30 reading this. Remember those gym workouts ? Arm rotations? Keep those up. Take it from a 34 year old 6’1 dude lmao.

Don’t ever start. Take it from me. Once you hit 30 ish just doesn’t work the same. Even with the best of health. Shannon sharpe retired from the nfl at 35. Tight end. vs some players retire at 40+. @@SadeWatkins hemorrhoids. it was actually the second surgery to be completely honest I was referencing. A full on surgical cut. Doctor tried rubberband ligation first. It didn’t work. So when I went back I refused that again and went under anesthesia etc and had them surgically removed. I think the surgery is called a hemorrhoidectomy
