Not that impressed. I'm pretty sure this comedian just fell in love with Vince Vaughn's schtick like the rest of us, but because he sorta looks and sounds like him, he just started acting like that character. Theft? I dunno. Doubt it. He has perhaps unknowingly just leaned so heavily into this stereotypical impression of that character for so long that like Vince Vaughn's original, he now naturally just sounds like he's talking to his buddies.

What's crazy about that joke, is that he references a lazy racist trope of "black people" being overcooked or burned versions of white people. But he flips it, by implying that the white people are the one's that aren't well done or cooked right. It's a subtle language change that drastically changes the tone of the trope. Brilliant writing.

@C.W. I do just want to say I completely understand what you’re saying. We HAVE to have each other’s backs. I feel weak in so many aspects of my life. In love, in self esteem. I don’t feel good enough to get my masters, I haven’t been in a real relationship in 10 years. But when we disagree and bicker, it hurts more than saying we’re not a monolith. We look as though we’re constantly against each other. Also saying we’re strong all the time makes it seem as though we can never be vulnerable. But the fact that we’re constantly praised was even though we may be weak makes us strong! So I’m not against you, I’m with you, sis. But let’s stop the unnecessary disagreements, they look bad. I know social media has programmed us to automatically be reactive but that’s not normal and that’s not healthy. Trust me, at 37 I know that life was better before social media and not having to always say something. You’ll have more peace.

I’m a black guy and it’s refreshing to hear a white comedian feeling confident telling racial sexual jokes about black women. 👍🏽😂 He did it well... to be genuinely funny (without insulting). Humour is so important for racial harmony. If we cannot laugh together at the joy of racial harmony, then a multiracial society has no chance!! I used the word ‘refreshing’ because it’s unusual. Many black comedians say the most outrageously funny jokes about white people, so it’s good to see a cool white guy with the confidence to perform on stage to redress the balance!! 😊 He’s funny and a good performer with personality. And if he makes ‘some people laugh but also feel a little bit uncomfortable’... then surely that’s a sign of a good comedian!! “I don’t want any applause because you don’t know what she put me through...” I’m sure he loved her though. 🤣😂👍🏽

Yeah, there's a difference between something racial, and something racist. Racism is saying that one race is superior and/or other races are bad. A joke about race is different, because generally, nobody is safe, not even white people. That's the beauty of it, and if you don't like it, don't watch.

@@shirin8609 That's because I am a clean-cut goody-two-shoes guy... who was a horny teenager (like most guys my age) AND a closeted gay one at that (like very few guys my age). I would just be focusing on the hot guys in the films. Rewinding the tape back to the correct spot was really really important. The first thing I did when I turned 18 was go and get my own membership to a video store that had a gay section in the its adult section. The struggle was real.

@@alifinley9156 First porn VHS I bought was from the top shelf from one of those convenience stores that had all the porno mags and they also had tapes with them. I bought some crappy hustler porn that was made like a bad music video, it was the worst porn ever, all that after riding the bus to the other side of town and the humiliation of buying it.

@Ehnus Lover696 as do 94 percent of all WM. Nothing wrong with loving and keeping your own going. Tigers stay with tigers for a reason. It's not hating on panthers to do so either. Nothing wrong with loving yourself, where you come from, and wanting to sustain it. 😉 Unfortunately for many of BW they hate themselves and couldn't care less about repeating anything close to resembling themselves ever again. Hence fake hair, fake eye, talk etc.
