Hospital can get really expensive. Depends what hospital easy can cost 500k to a million. And if there comes a time when you might have issues with walking, how to get around in a weelchair, and so on. There might be a certain age where you want to concider to fly back. But thats just an opinion.

Yup a wheelchair would be nearly impossible in most places in the Philippines. There is no ADA here

Thank you for the info. Appreciate it. But your nonchalance regarding bike prices in Bali is astonishing to me. I just checked bike prices in Key West Florida and they're cheaper than in Bali. If you rent it a week it's $65. That tells me that somebody in Bali is ripping off expats and tourists

That's a great price for Florida. But are you talking about a bicycle? I am talking about a motorbike. It's about 6 to 10 US dollars a day here. I would be shocked if you could rent anything in the US for that price. I'll try to clarify in another video, but this video wasn't really about renting a bike.
