Great inshore fishing trip. Nice to meet Clay’s very pretty sister. Those jewfish you caught are the perfect eating size prior to the no take regulation. They could be easily managed with size and take limits with no commercial fishing permitted and absolutely no spearing or bang sticks allowed. It was not hook and line fishing that accounted for the over harvest it was blasting them with bang sticks.
