And to be honest couldn't find much on it when I looked- I loved your videos because they were honest. And they didn't just say what happens when you come out the other side- you cover using, withdrawal, and coming back to life. You are priceless Ryan. Thank you. 4 months clean & I'm still watching your videos. Reminding myself of the danger the pills did to me, my family, & the war of withdrawal helps me to stay living with the living. ;)

I think it's also important to also shower/bath on at least an every other day basis if not EVERY day. I'm all in favor of laying in the rack and taking it as easy as possible, but, I find that when I haven't bathed in a couple of days, I feel worse and feel worse about myself. As soon as I shower or bath and "get clean", I'm in a much better place, mentally.

Your statement about realizing that at some point, people who get clean may never want to see your face again is another example of your SELFLESSNESS in your mission to help others. You’re not doing this for fame, recognition or accolades. You do this for 1 reason: to HELP. But seeing your videos is a reminder for some, of the first moment they came across your Channel and you let them know that they are not alone...and this “Ryan guy” ‘knows exactly what I’m going through.’ That moment you connect with the viewers can never be forgotten.

withdrawl is one thing, its the PAWS that gets people. as myself to relapse.Post acute withdrawl sucks so bad, a month can go by, you feel all right and then, BAM! your having withdrawl symptoms, or depression. So this is a major deal that when you decide to put yourself through this thing, expect PAWS, its just part of the brain trying to get back to normal.best of luck to all. And Netflix episodes of Star Trek really helped me. lol

I know its not good to switch one drug for another but if you have aniexty the withdraws are so much worse and if take a xanax or klonopin it will help a lot with the helpless wanting to die and crawl out of your skin feeling and also the stomach cramps, it helps to have some things to treat the major withdraw symptoms I'm not gonna lie cold turkey with nothing is very hard and I have much respect for anyone that can do it, stay very hydrated and just remember to take it one day at a time and that the over shitty feeling will eventually pass. I don't wish opiate addiction on anyone or any addiction for that matter, whether its food, alcohol, sex, or drugs we all have our vices and a lot of us can not take just 1 drink or just 1 toke, it takes hold of us and the grip is so tight its hard to break loose. Get your life back and be the person you know you can be.

I have 12 year old twin boys that know nothing about my methadone addiction..... I was on maintenance at a clinic for the majority of the time..... Up until February of 2018..... I don't want to be a crazy psycho bitch from hell to my family --- that is the part that scares me and the depression.... If you have any suggestions for me I am so open --- thank you either way....... Bless you and Merry Christmas.... 🎄

How does anyone enjoy watching anything when withdrawing? I can't barely pay attention to anything my Mind feels like its swollen and my eyes cant focus I feel like crawling up the wall never mind sitting there and watching funny stuff or anything for very long I just dont understand that whole movie plan but to each their own. Im now on heroin after a year long suboxin run for chronic pain but I know the dangers and the blanket it has over me so I took fentynal for 4 weeks to get off the W/ds of the subs but now obviously I need to deal with the opiate detox and I so I found out fen is 5x worse of WD then even heroin so Ive been tapering now with heroin the past 5 days from IV to snorting it now to less and less each day which barely gets me well but its doing its job and Im weening finally so Im proud of myself and I will try this week to finally kick with Imodium and Valarian root and maybe 2 Kpins for anxiety the 1st few days. Ive done this dog and pony show 3x now 2x in jail cold turk and 1x succesfully with subs for 7days with a small amount and then clean for 2 yrs but I relapsed with an injury and here I am. That doesn't make me or anyone else in my shoes a bad person it just means Im trying and I will MAKE THIS HAPPEN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER. GOD BLESS

Here i go again.... Trying to quit, going through withdrawals again. Ive been steadily preparing myself to do this for weeks. i went from a $100 a day habit to $20 bucks, i went from using every 2 to 4 hours to every 24 to 36 hours. it sucks but i can feel the difference now. Right now im isolated at my mothers house, my gf has my car, and there isnt a dealer for 20 miles and i have no phone. This is the second time this week. I folded and gave up this morning actually. i went and got a $20 you know what and shot it up. Music on the headphones is like a gift from god. IDK... thisll be the 10th time ive rtried to quit at least. ive been using for over a year now after 2 and a half years clean time.....

Hi Ryan after many failed attempts I'm going back in for another but hopefully this time will be the last time the only problem i have is my own mind it almost doesn't let me, i think back to the people i loved and lost and some of the good times we had but i also remember a time when i was straighter than an arrow i never did anything like i do now, it all started with pain management having steel plates in my feet and arm and some back issue's on account of that this is where I'm at now all because two guys tried to rob me and i was on the 2nd floor and got beat overboard and landed on concrete but beside that what started out as help for the pain turned me in to a monster with the meds so finally the doctor doesnt want me on the pills he said he would put me on suboxone but i said no so here i am, a question to you is suboxone harder to get off. and should i take it or just not take it and get thru it, so here is a true story for you and a question, Thanks Ryan
@MVP-sv9ps6 жыл бұрын
Mark R. Hey - I weaned off of suboxone after 2 years on it. I made 24 8MG strips last me 4 months for my final taper. I had bad withdrawals even from that dragged out taper. I am coming off of taking about 200mgs a day of Percocet starting in a few days. I spoke to my doctor and I am going to take suboxone this time for just 1 week and then stop. The suboxone will help stop the withdrawals from the opiates and be out of my system around day 5. Taking subs for only 1 week will help but not hurt. It’s not a long enough time have your body get physically addicted to the subs so you won’t withdraw from it

have you ever had to kick from heroine ? I've just recently been doing herion laced with fentanol and the withdrawal from that stuff is horrible. not proud of it but I've kicked from other opiates witch still was terrible but the short time that it takes for the fentanol to start the sweats and vomiting is unreal. I start kicking in the middle of the night and by the morning I'm in a bad way with this stuff. God forbid I don't have a wake-up and can't get any in the morning my day is pretty much shot. so far the longest I've gone without this crap is one whole day and by day 2 I was wishing death. I regret ever doing that garbage. I'm actually considering tapering down to a milder opiate like dilaudid wich doesn't touch me at this point then cold turkey with that.
