What a timing. I have done 108 marathons, several ultras, this and that. But never a 10k... except today, my first ever 10000m race. So excited, thanks for the tips although a bit too late 😱

I'm training for a 10K this November, using a Garmin Coach training plan. My watch telling "Too fast!," or "Too slow!" can get quite annoying. I've met my target time for each 800 meter I'm to run, but time outside target speed (3:59~4:12/km) gives me a low execution score. 😤

Great stuff nice videos! Not sure if running has a "biological" limit to each one of us. Having low hematocrit, not sure how much i can lower my times. I run the 10k on around 4:30 (without dying, but MAX effort), running for like 1,5 year, doing proper training with a trainer also.
