Getting ready with a mini dachshund!

Our miniature dachshund likes to participate in any and all of our daily activities, including getting ready. His favorite part is definitely getting to drink out of the sink (:

Gotta love how doxies play fetch. Push the ball or toy so the human needs to fetch it. My doxie would play that kind of fetch forever. “Normal “ fetch, about 2 minutes.

Awwwww, he is perfect!! As a dachsie mum for 28 years now, I can say this is 💯 on point for this breed. Dachshunds MUST be included in everything…or it literally hurts their feelings. They are like toddlers in fur coats…but only better, you don’t need to pay a babysitter if you’re gone for long. If you leave them too long without company, you will pay the price…be it shoes, furniture, puddles, piles or the silent treatment the rest of the day. Also, nothing is ever yours again including the house and the bed. All dachshund parents can attest to the fact that a 10# dog can hog a king size bed. You will never have the middle of the bed another night. I wouldn’t trade it for all Elon’s fortune. I’d rather die in a cardboard box with my Frannie than win MegaMillions and be without her. Who would I share it with??? Dachsie fams are the wealthiest families in love there is! 🩷💚🩷💚🩷💚🩷💚
