Maxi Touring

Returning from Tajikistan I travel north through Kyrgyzstan to Bishkek to get my Puch Maxi back. Afterwards I continue on towards Kazakhstan, where I get sick for the first time, so bad in fact I had to go to the hospital. And right afterwards I felt a lot better and was already on the road again.
In 2018 I did this trip where I shipped my Moped to Mongolia and rode it all the Way back home to Austria. In 3 Months I covered 13.000 kilometers crossed the Mongolian steppes and went through the Pamir Mountains. All in all it was an awesome adventure I wouldn't want to miss.

If you didn't know, that rider who stopped to say hello was Nick Saunders, at this moment in time riding an electric bike around the world having done record breaking runs in the past. Thank you for sharing.

WOW! Big bike riders actually giving a moped rider a thought, a wave and even a stop and talk treatment. I am speechless ... Seemed like a good fellow :)

Well honestly the farther I was away from europe the nicer the motorcyclists were, until ukraine most of them waved and talked to me.
