Oh so much to say about this video! Haha agree with Stitch & Lightning - you should have gotten an Osprey - an Eja specifically 😜seriously tho I am assuming you got the replacement and it's working well! Can't believe that crazy rain I think stitch is right - worse than the Smokey's though I'm not sure I'll ever think anything was worse than that freezing cold rain! And Hans must be enjoying seeing more "Power Lines on the AT" episodes lol! Wishing I were journeying with you ~BrightSide

Must be a ZPacks ARCHaul? They are notorious for that failure. I’ve got an Osprey which is a tank, and also an Outdoor Vitals Shadowlight which has also proven itself to be bulletproof. It’s the one I plan to bring when I make my through hike. Ospreys come with a lifetime warranty. I’m not sure what the OV warranty is, but it’s held up well to the abuse I’ve dished out to it.
