How do I apply a shader to the entire screen?

Disable automatic drawing of the application surface and draw it manually in the Draw GUI event with the shader set.

25:54 magenta is a bright purple which is a mix of high blue and high red, slightly lower on the blue then the red. so I would imagine... 0.8; 0.1; 0.5; 1.0 for it's RGBA I think? if you want to make the whole sprite a shade of magenta through multiplication. I think... it's more instinct for me then anything else so I might be off.
