This is great. I've been searching for just this suggestion. Played 40k for a bit. Few friends getting back into AoS thought Id join them. If you cant tell I'm a fan of wolves in general. Seen a few other suggestions out there with zombies but I really want to fill the board with wolves. Cheers mate.

I hope they actually expand on this concept for Dragon Ogre vampires (vengorians) and Wolf vampires (vyrkos) with more models. Preferably non hero monsters for the former, and some kind of normal unit or perhaps a non hero monster for the latter. ATM, it seems like too much focus is on making as many possible subfaction that each focus on ONE unit to make it seem like a model range / army has more options than it really does.

do the vampire lords get the vyrkos keyword if you take them? or is taking a vampire lord useless with this army?

I not a big fan of taking characters (don’t know why) so I would have 2 vamp lords I guess along with the necromancer. Maybe even take a corpse cart and some zombies to do the battalion in the book.

Can we get a video on how to play this army. So far I've been absolutely crushed by my opponents. Beast has been getting 2 shooted both matches.

I just picked up Radukar the Beast today and have 30 direwolves (converted chaos warhounds from my old legion of blood list ) . then going to add in a Vengorian Lord.. so that is 1000 points that will let me drop 40 wolves on the table turn 1 and 2 beast sticks 1 of which is a wizard ... also I am going to follow Petes kitbashing idea of converting the vengorian lord into a giant wolf esq looking beastie :) now its a choice of warlord traits/relics :) Pack Alpha sounds good to bring on more wolves and maybe the relic that gives extra D3 attacks ... Other list idea is replacing the vengorian lord with belladamma, and dropping 1 unit of wolves and adding in a 5man unit of bloodknights (converted from fenrisian wolves with riders) that one would start with 30 wolves on table .... ugg choices choices :)
