I'm glad you answered the question about a lift feeling hard but actually moving pretty well. I've told myself that was an RPE 8 then sometimes cross-checked it with an AMRAP and done 5 more clean reps.

So for band work. Do you enter your weight of the lift at the top of the band or just the weight on the bar when you put it in the app?

Awesome video. Two questions: how do you use it with sets with multiple reps and how did you set up your own velocity profile?

I've just recently gotten my hands on a repone, are there any special adaptions you've made to your training, particularly deadlift, as a result of seeing your velocities? Often it seems on a deadlift triple my 2nd and 3rd reps are faster than my 1st, and even when doing reset doubles, my 2nd rep is often faster. This made me wonder what the utility of 5-8 rep sets on deadlift might be, essentially getting under enough fatigue that the stretch reflex from reps no longer results in quicker bar speeds, in this way later reps might better mimic a limit lift.

two years later - do you still use this on a daily basis? how has the software changed? would you recommend for someone who just wants to get stronger, but isn't crazy about the gym like me?
