I applaud you for prioritising a walk instead of checking off all you to do's at the end of the day. Sometimes we tend to focus too much on getting everything done and forget how crucial self-care is to recharge our batteries so we can actually be more productive and healthy in the long run.

Love to see your transparency ! We all have those days/weeks where we weren’t as productive as we’d like. I, too, am as much productive as I prepare the day before. For sure!! It’s like my brain wakes up in GO mode!! 🤣 From a self love content creator to another-Great video Muchelle. I really enjoyed it! 💗

Work life balance is such an uphill battle! I really enjoy your honesty about productivity, it’s okay to have slower days but it’s great when we push through! I love setting intentions and getting clear about what I want the next day. I’ve started university again and it’s quite difficult to overcome procrastination and turn down social events. I’m now tracking my revision, started a note taking system and have a calendar spread with checkpoints and due dates. Your passion for life admin has been such an inspiration, I couldn’t have done all of this without you 💖

about that pill thing: yes, it messes with your body and it’s bad. my gyn told me that being off and on a pill again and again is what is dangerous and increases the risk of negative pill side-effects. whereas changing pill brands/kinds while staying ON the schedule (taking them back to back) is not a problem at all if you need to find out which one works best for you. i didn’t know this before and was glad she told me about it.

Hey just so you don't get sucked in by the dealer, at least here the Toyota dealership likes to send recall notices on older cars in order to convince you to bring in the car. When they have it, they will say with some concern that there's something else wrong with it besides the recall thing and try to convince you to buy a new car from them. I highly urge taking it to another independent mechanic before you buy their line because they might be overstating the need. That happened to me with my Yaris a few years ago on a seatbelt recall and I was very glad I maintained a skeptical position and took the car to my regular mechanic, who told me there was no reason to fix the thing they said was wrong with it and that a tiny, cheap repair would outlive the car. It did. Just giving you a heads up in case your dealer also rolls that way.

Just to let you know I had the recall on my Toyota and it was really straightforward. I had to have my driver's and passenger's airbags done separately as they discovered the problems but short of having to wait on the parts being ordered it was really straightforward :) took me forever to book in though 🤦🏻♀️ xx

When I get my pill prescription from my GP, I get 3-4 repeats at a time so I only have to go to the GP every year for a renewal. I'm in Australia so I figure it would be the same for you. I had a look at the online subscriptions out of curiosity and noticed they were wayyyy more expensive so just an FYI? Love your videos and cannot wait for a daily version of the life map to accompany my current one!

For testing my iron levels regularly (now that they're not too low), I like to donate blood. They test your haemoglobin levels before each blood test for safety reasons and I've found it's a nice way to fit a bit of generosity in 💖
@fionaearp80324 жыл бұрын
Not sure it's relevant for you if you're worried about B12 too but blood transfusions are genuinely life-saving so you know I gotta plug them
@BessieRAHH4 жыл бұрын
The one thing, just make sure you don't have naturally high haemoglobin. I kept donating plasma every two weeks because they said my iron is fine because my haemoglobin was high. Turns out I have naturally high haemoglobin, but I became iron deficient from frequent donationns for 7 months. They never realised I was deficiemt with their tests. I saw a doctor because I was feeling pretty frail and fatigued and I saw a doctor to get my bloods done. I was so low on iron and haven't been able to donate for a year trying to build it up.
@fionaearp80324 жыл бұрын
@@BessieRAHH That sucks. I'm glad that you're mindful of it now but shame the nurses at the donation centre didn't pick it up as a potential issue
@fionaearp80324 жыл бұрын
@@BessieRAHH I think it's probably good to still get complete iron studies done, including stored iron levels at least every year if you're a menstruating person and/or you're donating blood because haemoglobin levels don't give the full picture. I also had to take a break from donations a year or so ago for low iron but it showed up in my haemoglobin levels first, thankfully

Loved this vlog! Thanks for sharing about going to check your blood. I also have had low B12. How are you addressing it when it's low? I tried injections over the holidays but had an allergic reaction. Thx for the reminder that I need to get back on this. Much love from the U.S.! 💛🖤🌞

Relatable, informative and just so darn pretty! :) I just wanted to send you this little line to (maybe) plant a seed :: "The pill is the devil. Maybe you'd like to look into the LadyComp or The Daisy as a birth control method?!". While fertility monitors aren't ideal for non comitted relationships; it might turn out to be a good option for you and your Luke... There! Long life to the work you put out in the world! ;) Vx
