Two uploads this morning? You're a gem! This year my mantra is "discipline, consistency and patience". Instead of relying on motivation I will create habits to help me continuously make progress and I will be patient so I don't feel discouraged and give up 😃

I just want you to know that even though I basically know the things you're saying, it's so incredibly motivating to have someone say them outloud to me. I don't know what it is, maybe I'm an auditory person and don't realize it; but I love your videos reminding me how to be a more amazing version of me.

I love the fact that you remind us of many factors that you have talked about in previous videos because repetition really is the key to making habits and even thoughts and ideas stick. You always add meaningful new content (as well as context) but you connect it in such a way that I don't feel overwhelmed because it is always a useful addition to the things you talked about before. Thanks a lot!

when you started saying that if you're near a happy person you're more likely to feel happy i feel that. i remember last year my friend was constantly moody and i would seat next to her and i'll end up in a bad mood, then i started distancing myself a bit and i felt so much better. the people around you really impact you a lot wether it's on a positive or a negative way. surround yourself with positive people

What a helpful and inspiring video! Thank you so much for sharing this Michelle! For me the part of tracking things is really helpful at the moment. I created like a habit tracker and by just knowing that before going to bed I couldn’t tick off that box because I didn’t do or find time to do the thing I wanted to do really motivates to do it rather before then or right in that moment. And it really is just like you said, it is so satisfying to see more and more ticked off boxes and the more it gets, the more motivating it becomes. And just by doing that it makes it way easier to not just stick to new habits but also to fully let them become part of your day without really noticing it. For me that was for example that I wanted to read more in 2020, to really make it a priority again and to make time for it. Itˋs now the 17th of January and Ìve already finished one book and I am reading three other books simultaneously because I enjoy reading so much at the moment and because at this point I already don’t even think of as ˋjust doing it to tick off my box´ anymore. It has worked so well! And the other tips in your video sound very good as well, I will definitely give them a try too! So, to make a long comment short, thank you for your video/work! Much love for you from Scotland!

I watched quite a few videos the last couple days so I don't remember which one I saw this in, but I am wondering if you are still planning on doing the 'how to take notes' video? When you said that all I could think was I THAT REALLY A THING and now I keep looking up the best way to take notes. Mine are always all over the place!!! I have found the Cornell Note taking but you make things pretty easy to learn and follow so I figured I'd still like to see what you have to offer. Thank you!!! You've been a life saver in just the few weeks that I have found you!!

"Surround yourself with doers" this is so true, I've been with people who are extremely lazy. At first I was kind of becoming lazy until I've really become like them. It's been 5 years now, and I finally made the decision to change. I want to become the old me.

I could not relate even more. I would never hang out again with people that don't let me become the better version of myself and since then has hung out with the best person ever (one is enough already for me) and these days I've become more and more responsible with myself and it has become a huge benefit for me

You read my mind with this video! A past few days I was thinking that would be wonderful to watch a video on your youtube channel about complete the things that I say that I'm going to do, and voilá! Here it is! I loved it! I think that the instigator idea it could be works for me, but I also need how to have more creativity to not loose my motivation, because when I create one, and use it a period of time, my mind starts to know the strategy that I'm using, and then I start getting used to it and finally I come back to the beggining, unmotivated, again. Do you have any trick or advice to fight or deal with this situation? Maybe this topic it's perfect for a video! hahaha Thank you very much for your time and help! Hughes!

I am not a “doer” and have no interest in becoming. I just want to be happy and healthy. I don’t want a promotion, I don’t want to make more money, I don’t want to start my own business. This doesn’t mean I don’t have goals, they are just smaller and less lofty - because that’s not something I want
@lounaannajung4454
@lounaannajung4454 5 жыл бұрын
Don't you still have to "do" to be able to reach YOUR goals? This channel is exactly about how to set your own goals and then do what's needed to reach them. So yeah. You are a doer. At least probably more than most people I know irl because you're interested in this kind of content. Best wishes to you ❤️
@6fenfen

To be healthy, there are a lot of things that needs to be done, on a daily basis. So if it's something that you "want", you have to be a "doer" and actually do.

I dont think think you have to have huge goals or aspirations to be happy. The same things don't make everybody happy. This is about YOUR goals, so they can be whatever you want. But even if it's the most miniscule thing, you still have to DO it. Therefore doing things, makes you a "doer" lol. It's all about the way you look at it. When you look at it like that it can seem like "them vs. me", but when it comes down to it, all of us are just trying to be happy and healthy. We all just have different goals, and that doesnt make any of us more or less.
